Front Page Management

Each town website has a different front page structure depending on what modules are enabled.

Available Front Page Sections

These are the currently available front page sections, more will be added over time. These are currently only configurable in code

About

  • 2 Column Layout,
  • Has a title and paragraph of text on the left
  • Slot for picture on the right
    • The picture must be 900px by 600px

News

  • Shows the 3 latest news posts
  • Has link to news archive

Events

  • Displays next 4 Events
  • Has Link to events Page

Jobs / Internal Vacancies

  • Shows available vacancies on intranet site and job posting on public website
  • Has paragraph of text on the left
  • Shows all available jobs on the right
    • If there are a large number of openings the section will expand
  1. Log in
  2. Go to the front page
    1. Click edit page on the topbar
  3. Scroll down to the front-page settings section
    1. Toggle the “show quicklinks” option
